Instant Payment Transfer Rails Delay

Instant payment processing is now fully recovered.
A fix has been deployed. Instant payment processing is now resumed. We are continuing monitoring the results.
Instant payments are still being processed and settled. But there is delay in marking transfers as settled and generating transfer events. We have identified the issue and are working on the fix.
Instant Payment Transfer rails are currently experiencing settlement delay. This does not affect ACH transfers. Instant transfer creation requests will be accepted as usual via /transfer/create, but processing these payments might be delayed. We are actively working on identifying the issue and will provide an update shortly.
Instant Payment Transfer Rails Unavailable And Delayed ACH Processing

Instant Payment Transfer rails are temporarily unavailable. This applies to Instant Payouts (RTP and FedNow) and RfP (Request for Payments). ACH Transfer creation requests will be accepted as usual via /transfer/create, but processing these payments might be delayed. We are actively monitoring and will update this incident as it is resolved. We will provide an update if any ACH settlement windows are missed. Once the incident is resolved, you may retry failed requests using identical idempotency keys.

We identified a fix that routes around the remaining errors for Dashboard, CRA and Transfer. We've monitored those service health and see full recovery.
We're seeing a low rate of lingering errors from the earlier AWS outage which is mostly contained to Dashboard, CRA and Transfer. We're continuing to investigate avenues to recover this more rapidly.

We're seeing recovery and will continue to monitor.
We are actively investigating an elevated error rates on the /transfer/authorization/create endpoint. This will result in increased responses with "decision=approved" and "decision_rationale.code=ERROR".
We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
Transfer processing across all rails — ACH, RTP, RfP, and Wires — is now fully restored. We are gradually processing all creation requests submitted during the incident period. New originations should function normally, though some may experience additional delays as we work through the backlog.
